AI Predict Lab is built around public data and public forecasts. We do not need much from you, and we collect as little as possible.
What We Collect
Anonymous analytics. When you visit a page, our server and analytics tools record standard request information: IP address, approximate location derived from the IP (country and region only), user-agent string, referrer URL, the page you requested, and a timestamp. We use this to understand traffic patterns and detect abuse.
Cookies. We use a small number of cookies for basic functionality (for example, remembering whether you have dismissed a banner) and for analytics. None of our own cookies contain personally identifying information. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the Site will still work.
Information you submit. If you email us or fill in a contact form, we will see whatever you choose to send — typically your email address and the body of your message. We use that information only to reply to you.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, government IDs, or any other personal data unless you voluntarily put it in a message to us.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools to operate the Site, including:
- Google Analytics (or equivalent) for aggregate traffic measurement. These services may set their own cookies and process IP addresses on their own servers, under their own privacy policies.
- CDN and hosting providers, which see request metadata as a normal part of serving pages.
- Email providers, which process the contents of messages you send us.
We do not share user data with advertisers and we do not sell personal data to anyone, ever.
Legal Bases (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing the limited data described above are:
- Legitimate interest — running and securing the Site, measuring aggregate traffic.
- Consent — where cookie law in your jurisdiction requires it, signalled by your interaction with our cookie notice.
- Contractual necessity — replying to a message you sent us.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request deletion of your data
- object to or restrict certain processing
- request portability of data you have provided
- withdraw consent for cookies or analytics at any time
These rights apply in particular under GDPR (EEA/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California). To exercise them, contact us through the address on our contact page and mention “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
We will respond within a reasonable time — typically within 30 days — and we will not charge you for a reasonable first request.
Data Retention
Raw analytics logs are kept for up to 14 months and then aggregated or deleted. Email correspondence is retained as long as it is operationally useful, and then deleted. We do not retain anonymous visitor data longer than we need to.
Children
The Site is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use standard technical measures — TLS in transit, access controls on our infrastructure, minimal data collection — to reduce risk. No internet service is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
International Transfers
Our servers and third-party providers may be located outside your country. By using the Site, you understand that limited data described above may be transferred to and processed in those locations, under safeguards consistent with applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
