Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

These terms govern your use of AI Predict Lab (“the Site”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction — whichever is higher — to use this Site. The Site is intended for adult readers who understand probability and risk.

2. Nature of the Service

AI Predict Lab publishes probabilistic forecasts of public events. Every forecast is a model output, expressed as a number between 0 and 1.

Forecasts are not:

Forecasts are educational and analytical content. Acting on them is your decision and your risk alone.

3. No Warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Models can be wrong. Data feeds can be late, incomplete, or corrupted. Pages can go offline. We do not guarantee uptime, latency, or freshness of any forecast.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Predict Lab and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to:

If you do not accept this limitation, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.

5. User Conduct

When using the Site you agree not to:

Some jurisdictions restrict access to prediction-market content. It is your responsibility to know the law where you live.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, model outputs, charts, layouts — is owned by AI Predict Lab or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and related rights.

You may quote short excerpts for non-commercial commentary, research, or journalism with attribution and a link back. Anything beyond that requires written permission.

You may not train commercial machine-learning models on our content without a separate license.

We reference third-party platforms, including Polymarket, Kalshi, PredictIt, news outlets, and data providers. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or terms.

Following an outbound link is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms.

8. Privacy

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what minimal data we collect and how it is used.

9. Modifications to the Service

We may add, change, or remove features, pages, models, or coverage areas at any time without notice. We may also close the Site entirely. We are not obligated to preserve historical content, although we try to.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or block access to the Site, in whole or for specific users, at our sole discretion — for example, in response to abuse, scraping, or legal requirements. Termination does not waive any limitation of liability that survives it.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which AI Predict Lab is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to their exclusive venue.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact page.
